Who here plays visual novels/dating sims? I know Blue does...

I've played a couple: Fate/Stay Night, Tsukihime, Reverie (forget the whole title), and I have Yume Miru Kusuri on my computer but I haven't installed it yet.

So, do you play any? Got any favorites or recommendations?

Tsukihime, Tsukihime+, Melty Blood, Kagetsu Tohya, Planetarian, Narcissu, Yume Miru Kusuri, Phoenix Wright.

Right now I'm in the middle of playing Fate/Stay Night so it'll be a while till I start a new VN xD; I've also got Chaos;Head on my HD right now waiting to be patched, I've just been too lazy to do it @_@;

If you don't mind bad art, I'd say check out the Higurashi VN's (Onikahushi-hen) and their sequels (I forget the name, but the english title is something like "Where the Sea Gulls Cry").

Wanko to Kurasou is pretty adorable.

Umineko no Naku Koro Ni, I think. Though that's a completely different story altogether.

I've personally played all of the Ace Attorney games and recently Time Hollow, though I haven't played very many PC visual novels.

I've heard they're making an anime version of Umineko... it takes place on an island, if I recall correctly.

I've played Phoenix Wright.. can't tell you for sure if I ever finished them though...

It's not entirely unrelated, though. There's a girl in Umineko who resembles Rika A LOT for good reason. I'll try not to spoil anything, but I'll just say that they both have similar "talents" as well as catchphrases.

lets see... I have played Kana: Little sister, Yume Miru Kusuri, Crescendo, Bazooka Cafe, Pick Me, Honey!, Snow Sakura, SchoolMate, Hitomi My Stepsister, the X Change series, Snow Drop, and a few others too. I'm also looking forward to Family Project ~Kazoku Keikaku. It looks really good. Yume Miru Kusuri is a fairly good game, and try Crescendo and Kana as they are by the same writer. One thing I really like about Kusuri was the theme song for Nekoko.

Hm, wow. I'm not sure I realized you'd played so many VNs. I still need to extract and get Yume Miru Kusuri working...

Well, I know I was the last to post... but

I recently was playing Yume Miru and it was pretty decent. I finished the first story, Aeka's, and started on the second but haven't gotten very far with it.

I'm sort of interested in playing the Higurashi games, assuming there's a translation out there somewhere.
